Your privacy is very important to Batalsoft. For that reason, this document explains how we treat the data we collect. This is valid for both Batalsoft apps and the Batalsoft website.

1. Data Collection and Usage

First of all, you should know that Batalsoft does not collect any personal or sensitive information from you (for example, we do not collect your name, address, passwords, emails, credit card numbers, images, etc.). Data collected is neither shared nor sold to any third party.

All anonymous analytics and data is collected by Batalsoft through the following services:

2. Advertising Partners

Batalsoft apps are supported by ads. We use some ad networks that may collect anonymous information to serve personalized content to you:

3. Android App Permissions

Our applications require certain permissions to function correctly. Below is a transparent explanation of why we request them:

android.permission.INTERNET
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
These permissions are required for sending collected anonymous data to Google Analytics and for acquiring ads from the ad networks mentioned above.
android.permission.VIBRATE
This permission is used to make the device vibrate on several musical events, providing haptic feedback while playing instruments.
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
These permissions give the app the possibility to access ONLY your music to play it within the app, and for saving temporary audio files. It is important to highlight that the app accesses the music locally, not Batalsoft. No information from your storage is collected, uploaded, or analyzed by us or third parties.
